    Strategic Planning:

  • Review and evaluation of current operations and systems (software, hardware, telephone and human)

    Network service and maintenance:

  • We monitor the performance of installed networked systems and recommend incremental improvements.

    As an Internet Service Provider: (ISP)

    Why?

  • Many of E Squared’s early customers were frustrated with their existing ISP's lack of customer service, responsiveness, and affinity for "techno-speak".

    What we did.

  • In 1996 E Squared entered the ISP market with the single goal of supplying the same "no-headache access" to the internet that our customers had with the rest of their in-house networked equipment.

   What we supply as an ISP:

  • No effort installation and testing before you plug-in.
  • Unclogged access to the internet    "We don’t over subscribe our main-feed lines keeping web response crisp" - Pete Elke
  • Connections via up to date equipment [DSL, ISDN and 56k] utilizing top-tier world-wide backbone suppliers.
  • Provide quick answers to internet access issues.
  • We get to the bottom (and report back in english) of access delays, connection problems and data loss, and fix them quickly. In many cases delays are unavoidable and come from problems on the distant end of a connection (even Yahoo has a bad day from time to time) but we still like to know why.
  • Information on upgrades and changes in the industry.
  • We keep our customers up to date on any options that may help their businesses from quicker access to e-commerce (there is that "E" again).
